Will I Receive a Design Proof Before Production?
For standard products and pre-designed items displayed on our website, we do not supply digital proofs as standard. This helps us maintain efficient production schedules and ensures the fastest possible turnaround for our customers.
Products that follow a fixed design or layout, as shown within the listing images, will be produced in accordance with the advertised design using the personalisation details you provide when placing your order.
Should you require a proof for a standard product, this can be purchased at our standard proofing fee of £4.75. This service includes the preparation of a digital proof and up to three rounds of amendments. Any additional amendments requested beyond this allowance will require a new proofing service charge of £4.75 per additional revision cycle.
For all bespoke products, custom-designed items, bulk orders, and product bundles, a digital proof will be supplied for approval prior to production. No item requiring a proof will enter fabrication until written approval has been received from the customer. This process allows you to carefully review spelling, layout, colours, branding, and overall design before manufacture begins.

What File Type Should I Upload for My Logo or Artwork?
For the highest quality results, we recommend supplying your logo or artwork as a vector file wherever possible.
Preferred file formats include:
AI (Adobe Illustrator)

SVG
Vector PDF
Vector files can be scaled to any size without losing quality, ensuring sharp text, crisp edges, accurate colours, and the best possible finish when producing signage, printed products, and branded displays.
If a vector file is not available, we can usually work from:

High-resolution PDF
Please note that low-resolution images, screenshots, website graphics, social media profile images, and images copied from Google are often unsuitable for production and may result in blurred, pixelated, or poor-quality print output.
If your logo includes specific brand colours, fonts, or design requirements, providing the original artwork files will help us achieve the most accurate reproduction possible.
Don't worry if you only have a low-quality file. Our in-house design team offers an Artwork Redraw & Vectorisation Service, allowing us to professionally recreate poor-quality logos, scanned images, screenshots, and outdated artwork into production-ready vector files.
This service ensures your branding reproduces correctly and provides a master file suitable for future signage, printing, embroidery, promotional products, and marketing materials. Prices vary per artwork but start from £20

Can you match my brand colours?
In many cases, yes. We can often colour match printed elements and offer a wide range of material colours, finishes, and printing options to help achieve a result that closely complements your existing branding.
We regularly produce signage, displays, promotional products, and branded materials using custom colours, company logos, and brand guidelines supplied by our customers. Where available, we recommend providing Pantone references, CMYK values, RGB values, HEX codes, or official brand guidelines to help us achieve the closest possible match.
However, it is important to understand that colour matching is not always an exact science. Every printer, print manufacturer, material supplier, and production facility uses different equipment, inks, calibration settings, substrates, and manufacturing processes. As a result, colours can vary slightly between suppliers, even when the same colour references are used.
This is particularly relevant when attempting to match an item previously produced by another supplier. Differences in print technology, colour profiles, material finishes, laminates, coatings, lighting conditions, and manufacturing tolerances can all affect the final appearance of a colour.
For projects where colour accuracy is especially important, we strongly recommend purchasing a printed sample, colour swatch, or material sample before full production begins. This allows us to compare physical samples and, where possible, produce colour variations or test prints to identify the closest match prior to manufacturing the final product.
Please note that colours displayed on computer monitors, mobile phones, tablets, and printed marketing materials may also appear different from the finished product due to screen settings, brightness levels, display technology, and ambient lighting conditions.

Are your signs suitable for outdoor use?
Many of our signs are designed and manufactured for both indoor and outdoor environments. We use high-quality materials and professional production methods to create durable products that can withstand typical UK weather conditions, making them suitable for use on shop fronts, offices, schools, hospitality venues, healthcare facilities, event spaces, and external business premises.
Depending on the product, our signs may be manufactured using weather-resistant acrylic, aluminium composite materials, UV-stable inks, and other durable substrates designed to provide excellent longevity when installed correctly. Many products are also supplied with suitable mounting options for external installation.
However, not all signs are intended for outdoor use. Certain materials, finishes, decorative elements, display stands, and specialist products may be designed exclusively for indoor environments. For this reason, we always recommend reviewing the individual product description, which will specify whether the item is suitable for internal use, external use, or both.

All shipments are sent using tracked delivery services wherever possible, allowing you to monitor your parcel's progress once it has been dispatched. Tracking information will be provided via email when available.
