FAQ's + Policies
When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. If a package is delivered and this is confirmed on the tracking system for Royal Mail, a refund or replacement is not permitted if non-delivery is claimed.
We are only able to send items to the shipping address provided at checkout so please ensure all details are updated and correct prior to placing an order. If an address is provided incorrectly which results in a return or non-delivery, a repostage charge will be applied.

My Item is Late
Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, all industries have seen an effect, particularly in shipping and mail. Domestic (UK) delivery has now returned to normal and items shouldn’t be longer than a week from dispatch. If it’s been longer than a week, and there’s no update on the tracking number on your order, please get in touch.
For International items, European deliveries seem to have returned to near normal timescales. US deliveries were particularly affected as USPS have been overwhelmed with mail and additional issues caused from the pandemic. Mail now seems to have resumed to more normal timescales but understanding in cases of possible delays is appreciated. We do not consider an item lost until a minimum of 6 weeks after ship date.
My Item is Damaged
We take every precaution to ensure your item arrives to you in perfect condition However, we appreciate beyond our control, damage may occur in transit. It’s really important that this damage is reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery - after this time we cannot hold the courier responsible and could be deemed as damaged in possession. Please do make contact within this time period so we can sort a replacement for you as soon as possible. Our policy is part refund or replacement only.
Question on Sizing (Acrylic Names)
All sizing details should be clear in the item descriptions. If you want an item made bigger than the largest sign shown, please message me with the overall width or height you would like. I may be able to make in sections or have this made specially. The sizes are shown as overall widths (from the first letter to to the last letter left to right) and heights will vary depending on character lengths.
