For the highest quality results, vector artwork should be supplied as AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF files wherever possible. Images and photographs should be provided as PNG, TIFF or high-quality JPG files at 300dpi where available.

Please note that screenshots, social media images and many AI-generated images or logos may not always be suitable for professional printing at larger sizes. If you're unsure whether your files are suitable, simply send them to us before ordering and we'll happily review your artwork.

Yes. For many personalised products, we can provide a digital artwork proof for approval before manufacture begins. This allows you to check names, dates, wording, layout and design details before your order enters production, giving complete peace of mind.

We recommend placing your order as early as possible, particularly during peak wedding season. Ordering several weeks in advance allows plenty of time for design, production and delivery. If your wedding is approaching quickly, please contact us before ordering as we may be able to accommodate urgent requests.

Our signs are manufactured using premium materials and should be handled with care. Acrylic signs should be cleaned using a soft microfibre cloth and non-abrasive cleaner, while printed boards should be stored flat in a dry environment. We recommend transporting signs in their original packaging where possible to help protect them before and after your event.
